Senior Fitness 2020
Functional training for the over 65 generation in order to stay in shape with tailor-made physical activity. The peculiarity of this training method is the synergy between the physical preparation of the body and dynamic therapy, which improves strength and awareness, and leads to the discovery of individual potential. Functional training consists of floor exercises or using small specific tools that adapt to each participant. It works on different muscle districts to naturally bring the body back to optimum functionality both in doing sports and in everyday life.
The course is reserved for those 65 years old and over.
