Smart Gym for Workers
A training cycle based on the Smart Gym method – a simple idea for all those people who work or who have little time but want to keep fit … taking advantage of your spare time!
Every Tuesday during the lunch break, come to BAM to practice a 45-minute workout immersed in the park. Each session include a variety of exercises and tools designed and developed by Simona Musocchi, trainer and founder of the Smart Gym method.
The training is aimed at adults aged 18 – 80.
