Mummy Baby Yoga
Workout at BAM together with MammaFit!
Mummy and Baby Yoga is a physical activity programme for new mums, to follow at the park together with their babies.
It is an appointment for them to gently get back in touch with their bodies after childbirth and to find their serenity again.
During the sessions, special attention will be paid to breathing techniques for calming the mind (pranayama), to physical positions (asana) to increase flexibility, to the abdomen and to the pelvic floor.
The course will be held by Monica Taranto, MammaFit founder and RYT 500 certified for teaching, registered with Yoga Alliance.
