BAM Community Day – Waste in the limelight: reduce, re-use, recover!

According to FAO, one-third of all food produced in the world is wasted. How can we reduce waste?

During a few of our BAM Community Days we tried to understand how to be conscious consumers. On Sunday, 3 November, together with RECUP we will understand how to reduce food wastage and promote active participation of citizens through education, direct action and raising the community’s awareness.

With a selection of workshops and walks, there will also be moments of intergenerational play with buraco and bowls all afternoon!
