BAM Wellness: Self-healing of the environment

Self-healing for the environment is an ancient meditation practice of Tibetan Buddhism that offers a truly original solution for the global ecological crisis. 

By using pure feminine energy, depicted by the archetype of the Five Great Elemental Mothers of space, wind, fire, earth and water, we can look after our inner environment and in this way achieve a positive impact on the external world.  

In Oriental medicine, the inner imbalances of the elements are healed to keep people healthy. 

This unique method gives us a new perspective of the interconnection existing between our inner elements (space, wind, fire, earth and water) and those of the planet, helping us to feel the interdependency that unites us and to use it in a positive manner. 

The practice consists of moments of meditation, moments of reciting mantras and a bath of the ringing of Tibetan bells.
