Performing Arts in the Park: Ecstatic Dance

Starting from the states of mind investigated at the Mandala Lab @BAM, an interactive installation at the Rubin Museum of Art in New York, let’s give vent to our energies in a sweeping ecstatic dance!

A form of dance in which the participants let themselves go without having to follow specific steps and move freely to the beat of the music.

Thanks to this practice, we can reach profound states of well-being and even arrive at a sensation of ecstasy and alignment of spirit, mind and body.
