BAM Wellness: Metabolic Walk

Let’s learn to improve ourselves and take care of ourselves with physical exercise!

We will together try out this special training on the lawns of Biblioteca degli Alberi, keeping to our own pace and searching for an opportunity for growth.

Metabolic Walking is a type of walking that through a specific technique stimulates, develops and strengthens muscles, improves posture and re-activates circulation and micro-circulation by training the mind and the body.

Springing from an idea had by Stefano Fontanesi, personal trainer with over 30 years of experience, it is a tool helpful for getting back our physical and mental equilibrium, by training in close contact with nature.

The Metabolic Walking will be guided through a course in headphones and is suitable for just everyone: to enjoy its benefits, it is not necessary to be trained or to do sports on a regular basis.
