BAM Workshop Adults: The food of the future

Can one sample refined caviar without sturgeons? Is it possible to cook an egg without having a cooker available?

Molecular cuisine, with its scientific and experimental approach, manipulates foods by applying the principles of chemistry and physics applying extremely creative methods.

Having a great time in a workshop full of recipes is a good way to understand, in practice, the scientific phenomena at the basis of food transformations during their preparation, cooking, combination and presentation.
