BAM Yoga Openair 19.3

Take part in the Hatha Yoga sessions! With a fluid and soft method designed to gently reawaken the body and mind while fostering energy and well-being to better face the day.

The activity is open to everyone thanks to the versions offered that will make the lessons accessible to those who are new to this activity and to each one’s different possibilities.
It is a perfect activity for starting off the day with vitality and harmony, immersed in the beauty of BAM’s park.

Remember to bring your mat and a water bottle filled with water, and we recommend you bring a blanket for relaxation at the end.
