By popular demand the high-intensity workouts are back, every Tuesday from 7 to 8 pm!

Get ready to discover the best mixture of calorie-burning disciplines from all over the world! A unique combination of HIIT, Tabata, Bootcamp, Cross Training and much more to provide an intensive and complete fitness experience. 

1 hour of high-intensity workout awaits you every Tuesday at BAM. The goal is clear: burn calories and push your body to the limit to get tangible results.
