Token Publishing @Kasa dei Libri

To celebrate its 10 years of activity and on the occasion of the Isola festival, we’ll let ourselves be guided by Kasa dei Libri in search of a very unusual series of publications that very few in Italy own. 

We’ll discover together all 58 volumes belonging to the famous I Gettoni (Tokens) series published in the 1950s by Einaudi, edited by Elio Vittorini, with the contributions of Italo Calvino and Bruno Munari among others, and with names such as Sciascia, Testori, Ortese, Fenoglio and a great many other writers at the time making their début, who related an Italy that had just left the war behind it and was on the threshold of reviving.
