WHAT IS a sociocultural center in Milan today?

A short visit to the Stecca3 sociocultural centre with the international students of the Politecnico of Milan, followed by an outdoor discussion on the transformations that have taken place in the Isola neighbourhood, in Porta Nuova and in Milan over the past 20 years, as well as on the strategies and projects implemented by a network of associations.
