Functional training for the over 65 generation in order to stay in shape with tailor-made physical activity.

Functional training consists of floor exercises or using small specific tools that work on the large and small muscle regions and bring the body back to optimum functionality both in doing sports and in everyday life.

Functional training is able to adapt a specific workout to each person in a way that meets their needs.
