BAM Senior Fitness | Every Thursday at 10:30 am
Functional training for the over 65 generation in order to stay in shape with tailor-made physical activity will be held every Thursday at 10:30 am, from March to September.
Floor exercises or exercises with small pieces of apparatus specific for working on the large and small muscle regions and bringing the body back to its optimum functionality in a natural way, both when doing sports and in everyday living.
Registration for the individual events will open in the weeks to come, so stay tuned!
In the case of bad weather, the activity will be held in the Fondazione Riccardo Catella areas
