
Functional training for the over 65 generation will be held every Thursday at 10:30 am, from March to October, at our fitness area in order to stay in shape with tailor-made physical activity.
Floor exercises and exercises with small pieces of apparatus will help the working on the large and small muscle regions and bringing the body back to its optimum functionality in a natural way, both when doing sports and in everyday living.
