BAM Senior Fitness | Every Thursday at 10:30 am

Every Thursday at 10:30 a.m., March to October, at our fitness area, a functional training for the over 65 generation, in order to stay in shape with tailor-made physical activity.

Floor exercises and exercise with small tools will help the work on the large and small muscle regions for bringing the body back to its optimum functionality in a natural way, both when doing sports and in everyday living.

In the case of bad weather, the activity will be held in the Fondazione Riccardo Catella areas.
