Bloom – Route through the blooms
The key features of the BAM park in the spring are the fragrances and colours of the blooms. The aromatic plants offer us intense fragrances and the large flowering lawns are strewn with a thousand hues.
By strolling through the park’s ten hectares along the recommended path, you can plunge into the different gardens intersecting the promenades. The most unusual include those of Piet Oudolf’s perennial plants, where the star of the show is the Perovskia atriplicifolia (Russian sage) that presents extensive patches of a deep violet starting from late spring and lasting until late autumn. At the end of the walk, you can lie down on the green lawns to experience as you like, play and relax in the sunlight or in the shade of our 22 circular forests. BAM also has an actual small aquatic ecosystem that, like all of the park’s botanical assets, favours the arrival of the small fauna that usually goes to these habitats, such as dragonflies and ducks.
